  • We ensure that all our gemstones, jewelry, and crystals are genuine and high quality.
  • Due to the natural formation of gemstones, color, shape, and size variations may occur. No two stones are exactly alike.
  • Certifications (if applicable) will be provided based on the gemstone type.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in INR ( Indian rupee)  and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via [UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.] through our secure payment gateway.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed within [2] business days.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • We are not responsible for any misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by external factors.
  • Healing stones and crystals are not substitutes for medical treatment. Their effects are based on beliefs and are not scientifically proven.

  • Payment details are processed through secure, encrypted gateways and are not stored on our servers.
