Cancellation After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the product.

We accept returns only in the following cases:
✅ Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 5 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
✅ Wrong Product Received – If the item received is different from what was ordered.
Conditions for Returns
🔹 The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

🔹 Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof for damage claims.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process
